Los Angeles is a city of diversity. So many cultures, ever-changing neighborhoods and new places to discover make up this awesome city. TELEGRAPH AVE blends in well with the Southern California cool vibe so, we had to ask, what's the most fun things to do with kids while in the city of angels? We tapped our good friends, Lydia & Hemingway of @gypsylittle to help us out!
In LA there are so many things to do with kids! We love the zoo and different museums for really hot days. The Ice Cream Museum is a new, hip place that's fun for both kids and adults. It's definitely a to-do when visiting LA this summer! Its where flavors are mysteries, toppings are toys, and a pool of sprinkles makes the world a better place.
Of course, being in La La Land, we love treating Hemingway to a day of magic at the most magical place on earth, Disneyland! She lights up when we spot a princess, we indulge in many yummy treats and couldn't be more stoked to live so close.
We love the beach days! Malibu is a family favorite. It's endlessly gorgeous, a little further up the PCH but away from the crowds in Venice and Santa Monica. Relaxing for me and fun for her.
The Skirball Cultural Center is the perfect place for a playdate. Its modern and cool with both indoor and outdoor spaces to explore. They have traveling exhibits that keep it fresh. The main attraction is the award-winning Noah's Ark exhibit. Luckily, its a permanent fixture at the cultural center. Where kids can climb, play, learn, explore, make believe and make friends.
Thanks to Lydia and Hemingway for sharing their favs in LA! You can follow them at @corkyducth and @gypsylittle for more on their adventures!
